Reading was my favorite activity growing up. My family loved books, puzzles, and word games. I have always loved words, grammar, and proper punctuation. I’ve often wished I had a big red pen or a giant white-out marker to correct the errors I see all around me! I enjoy learning new things and new ways to implement the knowledge I have.

I taught both sixth grade and high school English, and I now enjoy a more flexible schedule being a stay-at-home parent. When I’m not proofreading, I might be spending time with my family, volunteering at my church, biking or hiking on trails with my dogs, or sewing, usually all while drinking a cup of coffee.
